Nevada Exploration Inc. (“NGE”) (TSX.V:NGE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Antonio Ponte to the board of directors effective today.

Mr. Ponte is a Zurich based financial consultant with 40 years of experience in asset management, private banking, corporate finance, and venture capital.  Mr. Ponte is currently the Founder and Chairman of Raifin SA, a corporate finance and investor relations consulting firm based in Switzerland.  Prior to founding Raifin SA, Mr. Ponte worked for UBS, Citibank, and Finter Bank, all in Switzerland.

The Company also announces that, in accordance with the Company's stock option plan, it has granted to a director incentive stock options to purchase up to an aggregate of 500,000 common shares exercisable on or before September 25, 2017 at a price of $0.11 per share.
